The Sabresa Boutique Brewery was established by two young kibbutzniks from Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha, a kibbutz not far from the border with Gaza. Their passion for beer-making, without aspirations for commercialization, have transformed this little brewery into a labor of love that resonates and sparkles throughout the area. The beer itself has also made a name for itself in the southern region.
A visit and tour of the brewery can be arranged with advance notice.
