Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha is located in the western Negev not far from the border with Gaza.
On October 7, 2023, about 150 terrorists from the terrorist organization Hamas and thieves from the Gaza Strip invaded the kibbutz, as part of a surprise attack on Israel. The terrorists were stopped by the kibbutz’s standby squad, but they murdered four of the kibbutz’s residents, burned several houses and damaged property (Battle of Ein Hashlosha).
The kibbutz’s founding members arrived from South America. On Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha there is a boutique brewery, a home bakery, and a fashion boutique (inside the General Store).
