The Center for Creative Ecology on Kibbutz Lotan began as a vegetable garden that evolved with time and knowledge acquired into one of the most well-known and recognized ecology centers in the world. The center won multiple awards for ecological construction, waste management and environmental education.
The center training courses ranging from a few days to six-year campuses that teach ecological construction methods, the use of recycled materials, the useful construction of ornamental benches and sculptures and the construction of an ecological garden.
