Kibbutz Kissufim Archeological Museum Attractions

Kibbutz Kissufim

The Kissufim Archeological Museum was first established in 1970 and featured archaeological items had been collected for years by kibbutz member Ami Shaul (the father of Dror Shaul, creator of the Israeli cult film “Operation Grandma”) and other members.

In 2010, in collaboration with the Israel Antiquities Authority, kibbutz collection hall and display were renovated and opened to the general public. The small museum, located in the kibbutz’s cultural center, is the kibbutz’s little local pride.
