The Kibbutz Givat Haim Ihud dining hall in Emek Hefer is a new-age kibbutz dining hall. In the entrance area outside the building there is a wide pergola that serves as a seating area for diners. The place is kosher and on Friday mornings, from 08:30-12:00, brunch is served. A menu favorite is shakshuka with spinach, salads, cheeses, breads, antipasti and focaccia, garlic , burekas, various spreads and salted fish.

The dining hall is open to the public weekdays between 11:30-13:00.
