Kibbutz Galon, located at the edge of the lowlands and near the Judean mountains, is immersed in sights and smells of the south. South Africa. In 2019, a home for lone soldiers was inaugurated on Kibbutz Galon, out of a value-based ideological decision by community members to give back to the soldiers who volunteer and donate to the State of Israel. All renovations of the lone soldiers’ house, including design, styling, furniture and equipment for the rooms and rooms and the entire support system are carried out entirely at the expense of the kibbutz.
