The field I offer is guided tours in Israel in general, and of course on Kibbutz Mefalsim where I live, but especially in the Negev on the subject of “water, agriculture and settlement”.
The idea is to present the water problem in the world and in Israel and the ways in which Israel has taken to deal with the water problem that has made it the world leader in the field. Through water settlement and agriculture I present the great development of agriculture in the Negev mainly but also in the rest of the regions in Israel.
New and groundbreaking crops, sophisticated means, innovative ideas and more are all characteristics of settlement and agriculture in the Negev region.
