At Kibbutz Ortal in the northern Golan Heights, three kosher meals are served daily. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30 and consists of omelettes, cheeses, breads and vegetables. Lunch is served between 11:00-14:30, it includes meat and fish dishes, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. In addition, foods that are suitable for people with sensitivity (gluten-free, for example) are served in with advance notice. The dining hall also serves a dairy dinner between 18:30 and 19:45, which includes pastas, burekas and other dishes.
